Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Membership Manager to enhance our value proposition and expand our membership base.
This role, based in Cape Town, presents an exciting opportunity to engage with business leaders across various industries and contribute to the growth of the most extensive business network in the Western Cape.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to increase membership engagement and retention.
Enhance sales and customer relationship management (CRM) processes and practices.
Proactively follow up on new leads, engaging decision-makers to understand their needs and align our offerings accordingly to attract new members.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Business Development Services or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience interacting with leaders of large firms.
Proven track record in customer service and sales excellence.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in presentation and telephone communication.
High school matriculation is required; tertiary education is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and relevant sales software programs.
Preferred Experience: Entrepreneurial experience and/or expertise in enterprise and economic development will be considered advantageous.
Compensation: This position offers a competitive salary of R35,000 per month, rewarding your expertise and dedication.
