DescriptionOur client in the Manufacturing Industry based in Midrand is looking to fill a Sales Engineer Position.An awesome career opportunity awaits!Requirements:National Diploma or Degree in Engineering.High degree in Computer Literacy - MS Office & MS Projects.Minimum 2 years' experience in sales (Vibration monitoring advantageous).Project Management skills and experience.Ability to understand customer requirements and specifications.Excellent analytical, written, verbal communications, and documentation skills.In-depth deliberation skills with experienced customers.Ability to communicate at all levels.Ability to work independently and proactively.Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team.Driver's license essential.Responsibilities:Understanding technical requirements of clients in the Vibration monitoring industry.Creating innovative engineering concept solutions to meet client needs.Collaborating with other engineers to perform feasibility studies, develop models and specify hardware and equipment.Collaborating with other engineers to improve existing vibration monitoring processes and designs.Determining and costing of vibration monitoring hardware and labour required for potential projects.Become familiar with client specific vibration monitoring design standards and practices.Reparation and formatting of tender documentation.Obtaining supplier quotations.Build customer contact and relationships.Additional ad hoc tasks as required by management.
