Job Title: Sales ExecutiveQualifications:Degree in Electrical Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field.Knowledge and Experience:Minimum 10 years' experience in the Electricity Meter Industry.At least 10 years' experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director. Proven sales executive experience in meeting or exceeding targets.MUST HAVE successfully completed projects for Municipalities and Metropolitans.MUST HAVE previously worked for or currently works for either Conlog, Landis+Gyr, or Contec.Skills:Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level (senior executives).Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.Proven ability to position products against competitors.Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Key Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and oversee strategies and plans to achieve the set business targets.Work to improve customer base.Build and maintain good, lasting relationships with clients.Create and maintain accurate records and sales reports.Receive and analyze sales reports from Regional Sales Directors on a monthly basis.Report to the CEO on the status of the Sales Department.Supervise the activities of the Sales Staff.Provide guidance to the Sales Staff, including the development of support material for sales staff and training sessions.Communicate with new and existing clients for quality control purposes.Maintain company visibility by organizing or attending marketing events such as trade shows.Conduct market research on a continuous basis.Communicate with Customer representatives and ensure that customers receive technical assistance and support when needed.Assist in the design of custom-made products.
