You will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.Duties & Responsibilities:Business Development:Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize advertising revenue and sponsorship opportunities in South Africa.Identify potential new customers and develop strong relationships with them.Manage a portfolio of existing clients in South Africa.Advertising and Content Sales:Promote advertising products, including traditional advertising, special operations, branded content, events, and TV programs.Create tailor-made solutions to meet customers' specific needs and maximize their return on advertising investment.Customer Relationship Management:Ensure high quality customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.Establish and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies, communications agencies, and event agencies.Management & Internal Coordination:Manage and drive a small sales team.Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, content, and event teams, to ensure effective execution of advertising campaigns and special operations.Provide valuable feedback and insights to improve product and service offerings.Profile required:You have relevant experience in advertising sales, ideally in a media/TV, advertising, PR company, or similar.You have proven experience in managing customer portfolios in South Africa.You have excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.You have the ability to work independently while being an effective team player.You are fluent in English.You have a thorough understanding of the advertising market and media trends in South Africa.
