Sales Coordinator

Grade 12 with 3 years administration experience in sales environment Knowledge of the Material Handling Equipment (Forklifts) and cleaning industry, essential Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programmes Duties will include - Achieving the Regions revenue and profitability quotas for the companies products as they are sold into all customer segments within Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information Weekly and monthly reports Market sensing, competitor reports, sales calendar, sales monthly activity reports Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material Attend to customers queries and give after-sales support when requested Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness Communicate with clients of unforeseen delays or problems Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events Ensure adherence to laws and policies
