Grade 12 with 3 years administration experience in sales environmentKnowledge of the Material Handling Equipment (Forklifts) and cleaning industry, essentialComputer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office ProgrammesDuties will include -
Achieving the Regions revenue and profitability quotas for the companies products as they are sold into all customer segments withinCoordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant informationWeekly and monthly reports Market sensing, competitor reports, sales calendar, sales monthly activity reportsEnsure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materialAttend to customers queries and give after-sales support when requestedHandle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelinessCommunicate with clients of unforeseen delays or problemsAssist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or eventsEnsure adherence to laws and policies
