Sales Coordinator

AM Luxury Head Office has an exciting vacancy for a Sales Coordinator. The purpose of this role is to coordinate all activities involved in bringing business across the AM Luxury Group, selling services to potential clients/agents, and ensuring that we maintain the existing relationships with clients/agents. Also responsible for analyzing and reporting on sales data. Lastly, assist with the day-to-day operations of the AM Luxury sales and reservations.

Tasks Engage and interact with Agents and Guests to best sell all AM Luxury properties. Assist in the preparation of company events. Maintain the customer relationship. Assist with reservations in drafting quotations and bookings. Help in identifying the gap within the department and propose new ideas. Identify, review, and research opportunities for improvements and innovations that will maximize and improve the overall performance of the AM Luxury properties. Assist with reports and analyze data (e.g. cost analysis, sales results). Assist in organizing and managing sales functions across all platforms (both online and offline). Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals. Provide support for the marketing department with campaign planning and execution. Convert leads into sales for all AM Luxury properties. RESERVATIONS DUTIES Help in reservations with bookings and quotations. Assist reservations with managing and monitoring or keeping track of provisions bookings. Ensure and maintain good relationships and rapport with guests to make them feel comfortable and address any complaints they might have in a very courteous manner to protect the image of the company. Assist in managing and ensuring that attendance of all routes of room bookings, such as online, phone, and in-person are prioritized, and that reservations are not left hanging but attended to promptly to keep the guest house business running. Perform any other duty as per operational requirements, and management's discretion, on the condition that it is lawful. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Matric. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma: Sales/Business management related. 3+ years of proven work experience in a similar position. 2 years experience in a 5 or 4-star lodge or Big 5 reserve within a similar lodge environment. Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics, and Google AdWords. Knowledge of Sales tactics and conversion tactics.
