Job Description The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the managers in sales in line with the annual sales and marketing plan, to achieve and exceed budget in executing the sales strategy of the Hotel.
About the role: Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features/services and hours of operation. Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing. Prepare reports and other related documents, maintain proper records and filing system in accordance with the hotel's sales administration process. Serve as the point of contact for clients, answer incoming phone calls in a pleasant manner and respond to emails. Input and update Fam Trip/Media Trip calendar, prepare the itinerary and site inspection. Distribute contracts, special offers, and other communications to trade partners. Upsell and promote the hotel's facilities and services at every available opportunity to maximize sales revenue. Maintain department material and giveaway inventory and use the Materials control system to order or purchase additional supplies. Assist in organizing and preparation of Trade Shows and Business trips, including hotel reservations and flight ticket requests. Perform other reasonable duties assigned by Management. Qualifications Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or Events Management. Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and attention to detail. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately. Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. Skilled in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
