Responsibilities: 100% call adherence of between 100 – 110 off-trade outlets.Driving distribution and availability of brands within your customer database.Delivering service excellence, recording, and promptly acting upon customers' complaints, queries, and requests.Actively building relationships with customers by identifying new growth opportunities in the liquor category and assisting new customers in opening accounts.Executing against a promotional plan, maintaining pricing, and seeking forward share opportunities.Identifying training needs of the customer and offering basic training to outlet staff.Delivering exceptional product intrinsic knowledge.Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets. Qualifications and Experience: Grade 12.2-3 years of off-consumption sales and merchandising experience in a related FMCG liquor environment.Knowledge of the off-consumption liquor trade is essential.Driver's license and own vehicle.Fluent in English – both spoken and written.
