Sales Consultant

Responsibilities: Outbound sales of cellphone contracts and devices. Assist clients in understanding the features and benefits of different plans and help with the selection process. Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or accessories and cross-sell complementary products. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring all sales practices are conducted with integrity and in compliance. Use consultative selling techniques to meet or exceed sales targets. Desired Attributes: Passionate about sales with at least 6 months outbound sales experience. Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets. Ability to adjust to changing environments and maintain effectiveness under pressure. Conducts oneself with a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions. Qualifications: At least Grade 11 qualification
