The Role As a Sales Associate, you will bring our products to life and create memorable experiences for our customers. You'll have the opportunity to work with the best sneaker and streetwear collections in the world.
Key Responsibilities Engage with customers on the sales floor, providing expert advice and personal recommendations.Maintain and manage product displays, ensuring our store always looks its best.Handle basic store management tasks, including opening and closing procedures.Process sales transactions and manage inventory using our Point of Sale (POS) system.Address customer queries, including exchanges and refunds, with professionalism and empathy.Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in sneakers and streetwear to provide knowledgeable service.What We're Looking For Passion for sneakers and streetwear culture.Proven experience in retail sales, ideally in fashion or related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative in managing store operations.Comfortable with technology.Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.Qualifications and Experience High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in retail, sales, or fashion are a plus.Preferably 1-2 years of experience in retail, fashion, footwear, or a related field.Knowledge of and enthusiasm for sneaker and streetwear culture.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Experience with basic computer software.Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.We welcome all talent so even if you do not meet all of our qualifications or experience, feel free to apply!
