REQUIREMENTS Grade 12, relevant qualification highly advantageous Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint proficient Strong organisational and administration skills Good time and task management skills Proactive and takes initiative to assist wherever Manage priorities and follow through with tasks Good feedback and communication skills Knowledge of use of Salesforce advantageous Knowledge of use of Adobe Pro advantageous DUTIES Reporting to the Sales Manager Send off invoices from team to accounts Order marketing materials and distribute as necessary Administrative support to the sales team Train and upskill on rules of engagement and processes within the company Background planning and administrative support for setting up events Create training documents and train new staff on systems and processes Load leads and creating new affiliate accounts Set up occasional meetings or presentations Query affiliate commissions on comms not paid Load manual payment as and when the need arises Communicate with marketing in the UK to brief requests in and follow ups Get updated marketing brochures Organise/edit specifically targeted brochures with other partnering companies/affiliates Pull/build reports on sales team stats Ensure the initiatives started by management are followed by the sales team Approach management with feedback and ideas that would be beneficial for our operating procedures Pull reports on referrals from other offices Build cube reports for property partners Build dashboards for partners Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
