AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Customer Experience Be professional. Greet, smile, and acknowledge customers. Know layout of store to direct customers to products. Store Disciplines & Productivity Opening & closing procedures are followed. Ensure all merchandising principles are always in place and that every item is ticketed. Minimise risk through process compliance: Ensure accurate receiving and checking of all store deliveries as per store manual. Ensure accurate stock counts & checking of product expiry dates. Cash handling - assist at point of sale and with cash ups. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Grade 12. Minimum 1 year retail experience. A genuine interest in health and wellness - brand ambassadors. Basic computer literacy. Very good written and verbal communication skills. Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours. Competency Assessment Achieved.
