Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Present and demonstrate our software development services and solutions to potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and generate leads.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the IT software development or related industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of software development processes and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed.
