This role involves developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and expand market reach. In addition to traditional sales and marketing responsibilities, the ideal candidate will also oversee social media management, website content creation, partner relationship management, and the development of sales and marketing collateral.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets in the digital industry.Identify new business opportunities / revenue streams, partnerships, and industry trends to drive growth and increase market presence.Oversee social media profiles, website content, and digital marketing efforts to drive customer engagement and lead generation.Manage relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to promote business growth / revenue streams and foster long-term partnerships.Create sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and other materials to support sales efforts.Track and analyse key performance metrics, sales data, and marketing ROI to measure campaign effectiveness and optimise strategies.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the digital industry, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards success.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and analytics.Experience managing social media profiles, website content, and digital marketing campaigns.Ability to create and maintain key partner relationships to support business growth.Experience developing sales and marketing collateral to support sales efforts.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and growth.
