Main Outputs and Responsibilities for This Position Business development and sales Represent NCP effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our chloralkali products and offerings.Research customer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue.Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and making forecastsGenerate leads and establish and nurture client relationships.Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratingsCreate and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends to NCPs SADC reach.
Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutionsMeet with potential customers and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs an promote all chloro alkali products.Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progressManage the month-end and year-end close processesReview sales contracts/distributors contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelinesInteract with clients and respond to important inquiries about the companys products or servicesOversee tender processesManagement Manage team of KAMs and BODs on a daily basisSet individual sales objectives and targetsTraining and coaching and monitor their performance.Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectivesIdentify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for close themAnnual Budgets and Monthly forecasts reportsProvide continuous, constructive feedback to sales team.
