Responsibilities Market Intelligence: Assesses the size of the market, market shares, and potential business development on the National/Regional market (South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya).Implements and deploys adapted Sales Strategy.Providing finance with figures.Sales and Marketing: Deploys the Commercial Action Plan (targets & actions). Contributes to the development of the budget.Performs customers' visits (existing customers and prospection visits). Manages a proper and professional customer relationship. Scouts for new distributors and develops the existing ones. Organizes and coordinates prescription and specification activity in the territory.Organizes and participates in events and exhibitions.Business development.Responsible for profit and loss, pricing, and expenditure.Budget adherence.Supplier changes.Management: Set up the collective and individual objectives, follow up and support the daily operations, define and follow-up the individual development, develop team spirit and more generally the company's values within the team.Ensure the compliance of the company with the local applicable rules and with the company's ethical rules.Essential Requirements: Technical degree in electrical engineering with at least 10 years sales experience, preferably in a multinational context, at ease in a multicultural and transversal environment.Experience in Power conversion (UPS), Power switches, and Energy storage systems highly beneficial.Previous experience in team management (4 direct reports). Travel frequently within the territory (roughly 1 week per month).Travel from time to time to Europe for training.Looking for a diverse individual who is comfortable conversing with a multitude of different cultures and countries.
