ACUDEO Sales and Admissions CoordinatorsLocations: Pretoria, Thornview Secondary (1 Position)The Sales and Admissions Coordinator will support the Sales and Admissions Specialist to manage lead generation and prospect nurturing to drive enrolments for the ACUDEO group of schools.
Key responsibilities: Support the Sales and Admissions Specialist to establish and maintain relationships with feeder schools, community organisations, etc. to drive leads for the schools.Support the development and implementation of Field Marketing Activations – eg. shopping centre activations, working alongside the Marketing Coordinator.Represent the school at community events, and other recruitment activities. Propose relevant events that ACUDEO should activate at.Conduct information sessions and campus tours to showcase the school's offerings.Maintain communication with prospective students / parents through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings; providing information, answering questions, and guiding them through the application and enrolment process.Work with the Sales and Admissions specialist to manage leads database using the identified CRM system.Collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales and admissions requirements.Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.Experience in a Sales or Admissions role, in the Education sector.Strong sales and negotiation skills.High level of customer service skills to provide a positive experience for prospective students and their families.Experience in event planning and coordination.Experience working with external vendors and contractors.Familiarity with CRM software / contact management systems preferable.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to present information clearly and effectively in group settings.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.A genuine passion for education and making a positive impact on students' lives.ACUDEO is committed to the achievement of diversity and equity in employment.
