Sales And Admin Support – Plettenberg Bay

The Role Requiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Administrative Support professional to provide exceptional support to our operations team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proven workload management abilities, and a strong focus on building constructive relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Order and invoicing management Tracking sheet management Supply/courier management (spreadsheets, waybills, filing) Liaising with sales agents Coordinating app and website activities Merchandiser and customer liaison Analysing and developing merchandising reports Client onboarding (loading and onboarding in Woo Com – can be taught) Skills and Experience Required Competencies: Proactive operational and troubleshooting skills Excellent attention to detail and focus Effective time management and prioritization skills Strong administrative skills Computer literacy (Excel, accounting software – Xero an advantage) Ability to work collaboratively in a team Strong verbal and written communication skills (staff, clients, suppliers) Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines High work standards Ideal Candidate: Diligent and integrity-driven Sound stress tolerance Assertive and constructive in communication Team player with a customer-centric approach Must enjoy admin and have an eye for detail.
