Ballito. Well established suppliers of luxury and value consumer products to the retail sector seeks outgoing, motivated Sales and Account Manager to join their successful and growing business. Excellent relationship building abilities with a strong desire to expand brand presence secures.
Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all sales-related activities, including processing orders, managing invoicing, and ensuring timely fulfilment of customer requests.Utilize basic back-end website knowledge to update product listings, manage inventory, and optimize content.Administer and enhance B2B sales platforms, including updating product information, processing orders, and responding to inquiries.Maintain and leverage CRM systems to track customer interactions, manage leads, and ensure accurate record-keeping for sales and account management.Actively engage with customers through direct calls and emails, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to build long-term relationships.Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events, promoting products, networking with potential clients, and gathering market intelligence.Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute strategies for increasing brand visibility and sales, with a focus on international growth opportunities.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, monitor industry trends, and analyse competitor activities to inform sales strategies.Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.Requirements:Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field, or solid, equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years experience in sales and account management, with a background in consumer goods or seasonal products preferred.Basic experience with website back-end management and CRM systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with e-commerce and B2B platforms.Strong customer service skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Self-motivated with a drive to grow the brand internationally and contribute to the company's success.Apply: ******
