On the job training:
Sales back up support Quotes reports CRM updating website tickets and allocating them to the respective department
Stand in sales backup for Leave or Sick leave
Generate reports as required for management to review
Communicate with Despatch with regards to sales collections and deliveries
Day to day filing for sales and administration
Adhere to and uphold all Adam Equipment policies procedures and code of conduct.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience Requirements: Experience in an electronic lab or manufacturing assembly environment is beneficial, but not required.
Understanding of basic computer use and common MS office tools.
Hands-on technical individual with mechanical aptitude.
Skills such as soldering, troubleshooting and repairing assemblies is a plus.
Strong communication and planning skills with ability to understand and translate tasks into written procedures.
A strong work ethic, efficiency and attention to detail.
Able to multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to juggle simultaneous, high-priority projects
