PURPOSE: Sales support and assistant with the ultimate goal of ensuring the sales team can focus on sales whilst the flow of business is managed effectively by the sales assistant resulting in sales achieving and exceeding targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Administration: Assist sales team with all sales functions to insure sales flow smoothly.
E.g.
Quotes Orders.
Deliveries Follow Ups.
Pricing: A wellkept organized showroom with correct update pricing.
Assigning Sales Leads: Ensure sales opportunities are uploaded and updated daily.
Stock taking: Effective management of in store stock taking.
Telephonic Email Assistance: Effectively manages incoming sales calls and emails.
SKILLS: Organisational Skills: Ensures all workflow process are maintained.
Able to load update and follow up leads to won or lost status in our CRM system.
Qualifies prospective leads on behalf of sales consultants.
Able to effectively manage the workflow processes in our CRM system.
Facilitation of all customer order deliveries effectively.
Need to be able to deal with customers that walk into the showroom as well as assist sales team on the floor with customers.
Must be able to work in excel and word to update showroom prices.
Must have the ability to work at reception to assist with relieving the receptionist by greeting walkin customers and customers calling in.

Ensure a high degree of loyalty and confidentiality.
Portray good time management discipline and organisation skills.
Have a high tolerance for stress.
