Sales Administrator

*Assist Account Managers with new client lead sourcing.*Assist Account Managers with the generation and sending of proposals.*Respond to leads by answering them directly or arranging for a meeting with the appropriate account manager.*Follow up and manage sales process.*Provide first line sales telephonic assistance to customers*Identify sales opportunities*Manage production of all orders and ensuring orders are delivered as per company SLA's and/or to meet clients delivery deadline*Following up on quotations and production*Communicating & updating the external sales executive on all production and quotations*Assisting management with ad hoc projects and requests where necessary*Ensuring documentation is submitted timeously*Ensuring production schedule is updated dailyREQUIREMENTS:*At least 3-5 years' experience in sales administration, quoting and/or production*Managing Production and/or knowledge of production*Sourcing of products and negotiation skills*Knowledge of CI and CAD approvals will be beneficial*Excellent ability to plan, organise & handle customer queries:
