A high performance, dynamic, driven, and growing company operating in the motor industry has a vacancy for a Sales/Admin Person.Job Location: Pretoria, Johannesburg, South AfricaJob Description:Engines for Africa is looking for Dynamic Sales/Admin Person to oversee and run the Pretoria Branch.Engines for Africa is based in Johannesburg and Pretoria, Supplying Engines, Gearboxes and Cylinder Heads direct to the public.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Directs and manages a sales team and provides coaching towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision.Implements maximization of sales and overall profitability through the satisfaction of customers.Create and maintain a highly motivated sales organisation to drive growth of the sales.Supervise the activities of the team.Work with a team of staff to ensure effective daily operations.Experience Required:A Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in the Engine and Gearbox sales industry is essential.Please note that only short listed candidates will be contacted.
