MSA Outsourcing Solutions is looking for a highly organized, proactive and results-oriented Sales & Accounts Manager / 2IC to lead our sales initiatives and manage key customer accounts.
This role involves managing inbound leads for vacancies across our care homes, fostering relationships to enhance off-market opportunities as they arise, and supporting the Managing Director in Operational tasks, including HR, recruitment and reporting functions.
Responsibilities: Manage a list of existing prospects and match them with current home vacancies that are suitable.  Input and manage data while enhancing the database within the CRM system.  Assign tasks and follow up to ensure leads are progressed by regional staff managers.
Ensuring all leads are handled efficiently and meetings are arranged without losing any prospects.  Attend meetings to support the delivery of prospects, signing up and agreeing on terms and fees with the business.
Oversee and manage vacancies and service user requirements across the portfolio of homes.
Liaise with homes to advertise available positions and work on filling them within the required timeframe.  Manage the job board, liaise with candidates, and schedule appointments with relevant managers.
Onboard new recruits with contracts and other documents, adding them to our HR portal and setting up payroll information.  Conduct reference checks for new hires, follow up on outstanding references, and complete telephone verification.  Handle spillover duties and manage the MD's schedule when needed.  Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and follow up on action items.  Monitor social media engagement and activity, ensuring that external marketing managers are fulfilling their contracted roles.  Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, account management, or similar role.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.  Proficient in IT systems, online portals, and the Microsoft Office suite.  Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks efficiently.  Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
Experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
