Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Valid drivers license and own vehicle
3 - 5 years experience in international sales and food services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products.
Engage in daily communication with customers to retrieve orders, ensuring alignment with product availability.
Coordinate logistics and supply chains to meet customer expectations and timing requirements.
Achieve volume and margin targets in alignment with company forecasts and budgets.
Analyze retail sales data to optimize sales volume and product range assortment.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand market reach.
Ensure optimal service levels are consistently met.
Address customer queries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved to the client's satisfaction.
Provide timely feedback and follow-up on all customer queries and complaints.
