Job Summary:
This role involves designing, developing, and managing e-learning courses and content, providing LMS and content troubleshooting, and supporting external tools such as Integrity Advocate. You will be responsible for the review and quality control of externally developed content, managing stakeholders for content and software applications, and ensuring effective course delivery through platforms like Moodle and TalentLMS.
Core Responsibilities:
Design and develop e-learning courses.
Update existing e-learning courses.
Troubleshoot LMS administration.
Resolve errors in content using Rise & Storyline.
Make changes to e-learning content.
Provide second-level LMS support.
Configure Integrity Advocate - set up, load, and resolve issues with courses.
Provide second-level support for Integrity Advocate.
Review externally developed courses for design quality and best practices.
Manage stakeholders (SMEs) for content development.
Manage stakeholders' software applications (invoices & licensing).
Manage and build courses in Moodle.
Provide second-line support for Moodle.
Evaluate and research new tools, platforms, or technologies that enhance the delivery and accessibility of health and safety training content.
Design and implement effective project plans.
Monitor discussion forums to ensure all discussions are attended to.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in the digital learning sector.
Proven track record in e-learning design, project management, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on health and safety training content.
Certification in e-learning development tools or project management methodologies.
Instructional Design qualification would be beneficial.
Experience with Articulate 360 - Essential.
Experience with instructional design.
Experience with e-learning development.
Adobe Creative Suite - Beneficial.
Ability to create animations using Vyond - Beneficial.
LMS administration experience.
Project management qualification/course - Beneficial.
Project management experience - Essential.
