RPO Recruitment's client in the Mining Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Safety Manager in Mpumalanga.ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with the OHSACT and Environmental Acts and RegulationsAdvise management on applicable legal changes and the possible impact on the companyImplementation of SHE systems, ISO 45001, policies, procedures and standards and Behaviour based Safety programmesConducting and coordinating internal and external SHE management auditsLiaise with internal, external customers and relevant statutory bodiesManaging incident and accident investigationsCo-ordinate SHE Risk AssessmentsCreating SHE awareness programmesDeveloping, implementing, and reviewing all emergency plansManage SHE officers and EMS teams.RequirementsGrade 12Degree in Occupational Health and SafetyISO14001 and 45001 qualifications8 - 10 years with SHE management experience.5 years' plant experienceBenefitsSalary: R900K/yr - R1.1Mil/yr, salary negotiableFamily Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Training & DevelopmentContact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
