Saas Appointment Setter

Role: Appointment Setter Working Hours: TBD Salary: TBD " Looking for South African Talents" Located in the following locations: Cape Town Johannesburg Durban Pretoria Port Elizabeth ?? Responsibilities: Contact potential clients to schedule appointments Answer the phone and respond to email inquiries Maintain accurate records of appointments and follow-ups Provide excellent customer service to clients Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly appointment setting targets Build and maintain relationships with clients Provide feedback to the management team on key performance metrics Requirements: At least 1 year of experience Must have experience in SaaS (Software As a Service Proficient with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Knowledge of sales and customer service practices Proactive and self-motivated Prior experience in appointment setting or sales is a plus.
