RESPONSIBILITIES Install, repair, and maintain roofs on various types of buildings Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions Install insulation and vapor barriers Repair or replace damaged roofing materials Ensure proper ventilation and drainage on roofs Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times Communicate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of projects Maintain a clean and organized work area Keep up-to-date with new roofing techniques and materials REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 3 years experience as a Roofing Carpenter Proficient in measuring, cutting, and installing various roofing materials Knowledge of different types of roofs and their specific requirements SKILLS Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately Good physical stamina and ability to work at heights Excellent communication and teamwork skills Safety-conscious mindset and knowledge of safety procedures and regulations Trade certification or apprenticeship in carpentry is preferred but not required To submit your application kindly visit the SKG Properties career website or click on the link at: https://www.careers-page.com/skg/job/L4WXW99V/apply Psychometric tests are required to be undertaken by shortlisted candidates.
