Reporting directly to the Care Manager, you will be responsible to:
Provide management and direction to the unit by assisting in the development, implementation & continuous improvement of innovative resident-focused care.Lead and manage employees & resources to meet Fleurenville's objectives and values.Maintain team efficiency and quality service delivery that ultimately ensures high-quality care that supports Fleurenville's service delivery.REQUIREMENTS Minimum four years experience as an RN within the aged care sector.SANC registration.Implement Aged Care standards and Care Plans for all residents.Develop trust and good qualities with all team members.Understand complex care needs with a demonstrated ability to apply a high level of clinical knowledge (including palliative care and dementia care).ABOUT US Fleurenville Aged Care Centre South Africa (ACSA) provides assisted living as well as the care of elderly persons in need of specialised accommodation and nursing services. We have developed a separate, highly specialised unit focusing on dementia, Alzheimer's, and physical debilitation care needs.
