Risk Officer: Operations

Reporting to the Head of Risk, this Risk Officer will be required to safeguard the organization by identifying and managing any threats to the achievement of business objectives from a operational point of view.Duties:Development and updating of risk management policies and proceduresRisk methodology and process implementationRisk register implementationRisk appetite statements and dashboardsAssist in the preparation of the Combined Assurance ReportsMonitor internal controlsOperational risk eventsDigitization of the risk toolsPOPIA & PAIA frameworks, policies and reviewsPromoting risk awarenessStakeholder/EXCO engagementQualifications:Degree in Risk Management or FinanceExperience:Min. 5 years risk and/or operational experience
