Are you someone who can: Analyse and review business processes (end-to-end) and assess the extent to which they comply with the Bank's minimum standards.Analyse and identify monthly, quarterly, and biannual trends, spikes, and anomalies across the various risk profiles, in order to formulate appropriate action plans to mitigate or reduce risk.Execute and manage various Risk Tools (OpenPages, FirstMap, Archer, but not limited to), proactive and ongoing self-assessments (PRC&IA) and provide feedback and recommendations on control weaknesses.Review and cascade applicable Policies, Standards, and Frameworks across all risk disciplines i.e., Operational Risk, Compliance Risk, IT Risk etc., impacting the ever-changing business landscape and risk profile within nav».Identify gaps and weaknesses in nav» which could give rise to risk.Collaborate effectively within the nav» ecosystem as well as key strategic business partners in R&C, to develop remedial action plans.Make use of data analytics and scripts during assurance reviews and validation to create efficiencies and ongoing monitoring opportunities.Advise on and provide guidance to your business stakeholders in relation to the execution of the practice relevant to Legislation, Frameworks, Policies, Standards processes, and tools.Provide guidance and advisory services and consult with business stakeholders to recommend controls and processes to ensure legislative compliance and informed business decision making.Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and employee development.Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes.You will be an ideal candidate if you: Have a relevant degree (Risk Management, IT Risk, Information/Data Management, or Auditing).Have at least 3 to 5 years' relevant experience in a Risk Management function, preferably in a financial institution.Possess Digital Banking knowledge.Understand Basel II.Have experience with Risk tools.Exhibit exceptional report writing skills.Have experience in developing and executing assurance monitoring plans.Have an understanding of platform banking and Fintech.You will have access to: Diverse and Challenging Work.Opportunities to network and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.Engagement with subject matter experts to enhance and develop your skill set.Opportunities to innovate and be part of groundbreaking work paving the way on the Fintech front.We can be a match if you are: Curious and Courageous.
