COMSOC 1 & 2 or SAMTRAC certification. Diploma in Safety Management or Risk Qualification (essential). Blasting Certificate and/or Trade Certificate (advantageous). 5-10 years experience working in a mining environment, with a focus on safety and risk management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and ensure compliance with risk and safety standards within the mining operation. Manage safety protocols and implement risk management strategies. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and ensure corrective actions are taken as needed.
