One of our international clients in the Health & Security Risk Management industry is seeking a Rewards and Recognition Specialist working with - 300 staff compliment. Job description: Design and implement reward and recognition programs that align with company values and goals. Regularly assess the effectiveness of existing programs and make recommendations for improvements. Develop communication strategies to promote rewards and recognition initiatives. Analyse employee feedback and program metrics to measure the impact of recognition initiatives. Utilise data to drive decision-making and enhance program effectiveness. Work closely with HR, management, and employees to identify recognition opportunities. Partner with external vendors for program resources and technology. Provide training and support to managers on effective recognition practices. Assist in the development of toolkits and resources for employees. Manage the budget for rewards and recognition programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organisational goals. Ensure all programmes comply with legal and ethical standards. Requirements: Candidate must have expert knowledge of salary grading, salary benchmarking and employee wellness Candidate must have 5 years' experience in international or Sub-Saharan entities. Candidate must be a self-starter, proactive and know how to take initiative.
