Now's the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective change.We are in search of a Reward Lead to partner with our business to develop, implement, and monitor our reward, grading, and employee benefits policies, processes, and procedures and ensure best practice. This Reward Lead will manage our analytics capability; designing dashboards and tools to support our reward reporting and inform strategic reward decisions.Are you someone who can:Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions.Stay abreast of HC and reward best practices and legislative amendments to inform recommendations on ways to leverage these to ensure continuous improvement.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and global trends to inform thought leadership and expertise on reward.Implement the full integration of Total Rewards policies and practices within the entire employee experience.Manage and update communication around reward policy, compensation, and benefit changes, including incentive schemes and instruments.Ensure consistency in reward policies implementation, providing insights and tools to support these.Support line leaders and Business HC with reward decisions and approvals in line with reward policies.Ensure integrated view and reporting of relevant business information, creating automated dashboards to identify trends, discrepancies, and inconsistencies for decision-making purposes.Participate in specialist communities of practice and represent the organisation at Group and industry level to share best practice insights and solutions.Brainstorm, identify, implement, and drive innovative best practice ideas within the organisation to ensure increased efficiencies.Drive strategic projects, change management, and platform integration across operations, leveraging Group capabilities.Lead and support the implementation of remuneration, reward, benefit, and related policies, procedures, and activities.Lead complex remuneration, reward, and benefits projects, guiding the team on the implementation and execution of the necessary activities to ensure success.Assume ultimate responsibility for the ongoing design, development, preparation, and support of bespoke and customised remuneration platforms and systems.Identify and drive specific programmes by collaborating with relevant teams and guiding specialists in performing calculations and forecasts, to ensure continual growth and competitiveness.Support the business Transformation plan and creation of an inclusive culture for employees.Develop, encourage, and nurture collaborative relationships across business areas and across the group.Demonstrate leadership behaviour through personal involvement, commitment, and dedication in support of organisational values.You will be an ideal candidate if you:Minimum Qualification: B Degree in Humanities or Analytics.Experience: 5-8 years in reward or an analytical function.You will have access to:Opportunities to network and collaborate.Challenging work environment.Opportunities to innovate.We can be a match if you are:Curious & courageous - you're driven by always wanting to know more and learn more and you're brave enough.Obsessed with mastery - you know what it takes to become good at what you do and are constantly pushing yourself to do it.In accordance with National Credit Act (NCA) candidates applying for this role will require a credit record check.Are you interested to take the step?
