Position: Revenue Administrator Location: Cape Town Department: Finance Reports to: Revenue Manager Experience Required: 1-2 years of relevant experience About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Revenue Administrator to join our Finance Department in Cape Town. This position is specifically for individuals with disabilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in monitoring revenue, analyzing game play data, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. If you have a knack for numbers and a passion for precision, we want to hear from you Responsibilities: Monitor the Central Electronic Monitoring System (CEMS) for adjustments, queries, and cash-ups. Record and investigate site queries related to cash up variances, documenting all stages of the investigation and resolution. Utilize technical knowledge of CEMS reporting, Qlikview, GGR Statistics, CRM, and process implementation. Analyze significant machine or site GGR variances. Gather revenue and game play data from the Central Monitoring System. Perform detailed analysis of game play data and present timely reports to various stakeholders. Conduct ad-hoc data sourcing and analysis of key games, machines, and licensed sites. Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations from all related regulatory authorities. Qualifications and Skills: Grade 12 certificate. Proficiency in English; a second language is advantageous. Excellent presentation skills. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel. Strong analytical, numerical, administrative, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail, accuracy, and process orientation. Effective written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers and third-party service providers. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks. Capability to interpret statistical information and produce statistical reports. Competence in interpreting account information. High tolerance for change, adaptable to industry changes and internal process modifications. Self-motivated, detail-driven, and deadline-oriented. Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
