Key Responsibilities


What You'll Do:
Own the Renewal Process: Keep a close eye on renewal dates and proactively engage with clients well in advance. Prepare renewal pro-forma invoices and ensure everything's ready for a seamless transition. Keep detailed records of all renewal activities and communications.
Partner and Distributor Support: Be the go-to person for our channel partners and distributors, providing them with the vital info they need for their renewals. Help maintain strong connections with our partners by ensuring smooth renewal processes.
Customer Relationship Guru: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, partners, and distributors. Take the lead in addressing any escalated renewal issues, finding solutions, and keeping customers happy!
Master of Documentation and Compliance: Ensure that every renewal is documented accurately, including contracts and communications. Regularly update customer profiles in our CRM to keep information current and relevant.
