Job Details: Retention Advisor - 4 Months ContractChannel Retention Advisors at Sage are the champions that take full responsibility for managing all aspects of business partner renewals for the segment in which they operate. In this hybrid-office based role that contributes directly to our organisation's bottom line by ensuring retention through customer satisfaction, you will ensure that quotas are exceeded on annual business partner renewals and will foster solid collaboration across internal lines of business and externally with customers and Sage Business Partners, via digital communication.Key Responsibilities:On a daily basis, ensure business partner renewal queries are responded to ethically within the specified turnaround time via digital responses.Maintain productivity targets including outbound and inbound calls reactively.Ensure business partner churn is documented and accurately reported monthly for annual customers.Who you'll be working with:You will be working closely with a team of 4 Retentions Consultants, under the supervision of a Retention Manager who has a successful track record of growth within our business over the past 10 years.Minimum Qualifications:2 years experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Experience in a B2B sales environment, knowledge of Software Sales and understanding of customer needs and pain points as well as a Salesforce Certification will ensure you stand out from other candidates.Benefits:If you are someone who enjoys the exhilarating nature of a sales environment, this role will keep you engaged, challenged and motivated as there are no boundaries to what you can achieve.
