Duties:
Staff Supervision: Manage and support store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Sales Management: Monitor sales performance, set targets, and motivate the team to achieve goals.
Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, perform regular inventory checks, and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
Store Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations, including cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and store maintenance.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive store displays and ensure products are presented according to company standards.
Sales Reporting: Track sales data and provide regular reports to management.
Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Loss Prevention: Implement strategies to minimize theft and damage.
Requirements:
Experience: Must have 3-5 years of experience in clothing retail. Please only apply if you meet this requirement.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with retail management software and POS systems.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certifications are a plus.
Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
