Retail Store Manager

As Store Manager you will be responsible for managing staff and conflict resolution, calculating correct GP percentages and selling prices, ensuring GRVs are captured correctly, performing full stock take and in depth stock control, and providing monthly management reports. Requirements:MatricRelevant tertiary qualificationMust have retail experience and preferably in-depth Sigma knowledge Able to work well under pressureDynamic and flexibleAble to project budgets and give forecast on sales, cost of sale, shrinkage report and overall GP weeklyStrong communication and listening skills
