Job Overview: The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Stellenbosch store, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining the brand's high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. This role requires a hands-on leader with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep passion for fashion and retail.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service: Lead the team in achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure a high-performing and motivated team. Provide ongoing coaching and support to maximize employee potential.Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store's visual presentation aligns with Me&B's image and standards. Implement merchandising strategies that attract customers and drive sales.Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and conduct regular stock takes to ensure accuracy.Store Operations: Manage all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a personalized shopping experience that fosters brand loyalty.Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels.
