Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Schedule, train, and evaluate team.
Customer Service: Ensure high satisfaction and resolve issues.
Sales & Inventory: Drive sales, monitor performance, manage stock.
Store Operations: Handle daily tasks, cash management, and maintenance.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain store displays.
Reporting: Track sales data and report to management.
Compliance & Loss Prevention: Ensure safety regulations and minimize theft.

Requirements:

Experience: 3-5 years in clothing retail management.
Skills: Leadership, customer service, sales, organization, and problem-solving.
Technical: Proficient with retail software and POS systems.
Education: High school diploma; retail management certifications a plus.
Flexibility: Available for weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R9000,00 - R10000,00 per month
