District Sales Manager - Fmcg

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our client, a leading FMCG company, based in Rustenburg.
As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales performance of a designated district, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving business growth in your assigned area.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for achieving targets and driving results.
Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives in the assigned district.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess performance and make strategic decisions.
Provide coaching and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within the assigned district as required.
