Job ResponsibilitiesProfessional and friendly face-to-face communication with clients at all times.Address telephonic queries professionally and efficiently.Accurate and efficient completion of quotations as per clients' requests.3. KEEPING ABREAST OF PRODUCT AND SERVICE DEVELOPMENTSFamiliarise yourself with new products and new service offerings.Complete SEED Training twice a week, doing 2 articles per log in at least.Attend specific training sessions assigned to you by your manager.4.
