What will you do? Be actively involved in the greater SI business to implement new processes to enhance output and ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations. Process monthly retail AUM and Flow data. Provide operational and data support to the Retail distribution team. Manage and organise the team intranet site. Manage relationships with Internal and External retail partners. Represent Retail Distribution in operational projects and forums. Ensure online retail channels are updated and contain information that is fit for client consumption. Facilitate the retail communication strategy, by managing retail distribution lists and obtaining data related to communications. Manage activities relating to the retail CRM system.  Ad hoc query resolution.
What will make you successful in this role? Business degree with at least 5 years' experience Minimum 5 years in depth retail operational experience Knowledge of retail products including CIS, ETF, Hedge Funds & Structured Products Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office 
Qualification and Experience Degree or Diploma with 4 to 5 years related experience
