Retail Food Store Manager Area: Roodepoort Work hours: Retail hours Package: Basic Salary R45000 (negotiable), plus medical aid, provident fund, 13 th cheque, performance bonusses Responsibilities: Overall management of the store and staff including compliance Overseeing of service departments such as butchery, bakery and HMR (previous experience is a must) Investigate and correct slow-moving stock Waste, markdown and shrinkage analysis Manage store budgets Manager store promotions Achieve gross profit margins and targets Reduction of wastage Managing stock orders and stock Ensure a great customer experience Experience qualifications and skills Minimum 5 years Management experience of food retail Experience of budgets Experience of stock management & control All Department ordering.
