Responsibilities: Overall management of the store and staff including complianceOverseeing of service departments such as butchery, bakery and HMR (previous experience is a must)Investigate and correct slow-moving stockWaste, markdown and shrinkage analysisManage store budgetsManager store promotionsAchieve gross profit margins and targetsReduction of wastageManaging stock orders and stockEnsure a great customer experience Experience qualifications and skills Minimum 5 years Management experience of food retailExperience of budgetsExperience of stock management & controlAll Department ordering.
