Retail Allocator

Job PurposeThe purpose of the Retail Allocator role is to ensure the optimal levels of stock allocation across stores to meet customer demand and sales budgets. Key Requirements:Grade 12 (Matric)Retail Clothing experience1-2 years Allocating experience Duties include: Strategic allocation of stock through analysing and tracking daily salesUpdate the orders for expected deliveriesTrack outstanding orders with suppliers and storesMid-month & month end reportsReplenishment of stock at the right time and right storeUpdate the planner and follow up with suppliersAllocate new stock and update the new stores sheetPlace orders for launch products and follow up until deliveredAnalysing out-of-stock reports from stores and placing orders where requiredCreate ranks and grade stores accordinglyAllocations to stores according to selloffsAnalyse top and bottom-performers weeklyProcess manual orders by analysing stock on hand, sales, and replenishment modelsAnalyse stock on hand of stores in the same region
