General Manager Position available with Restaurant at well-known Golf Club in Hartbeespoort area. Looking for an all-round management candidate with 10 or more years' senior experience in a full-service Restaurant environment. Must be well-spoken, fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.Duties will include:Detailed stock managementCustomer relationsRestaurant administrationFood-liquor costingStock reportingService quality controlOpening & closing proceduresApplicants must be skilled in staff management, staff motivation, and staff training. Must have very strong Restaurant operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant / Bar & events operation. Applicants must be hardworking with a long working history at previous employers.
